Those Dean kids!
There is something special about photographing your best friend’s kids. You’ve known them their whole lives, and you know their little personalities! It makes the session go so much easier when you can identify what makes them laugh without any effort. These three have been in front of my camera too many times to count. ”A” tells her Mom that only Kerri can take her picture! I do love that girl!! Their Mom did a great job scouting locations for me since I no longer live in the area. Aside from the gruesome dead dog we saw, it has to be one of my fav locations in OK!
Waiting on Christmas!!

Sweetheart
“G” was such a sweet little girl! She had been riding in a car all day and had to be tired but you couldn’t tell! She was such a trooper, and I loved getting to know her fun personality! She has the most infectious giggle and a mischievous little grin! Hope you enjoyed our adventure in the woods!

C family
Our children took competitive cheer together this year and we all became fast friends over their hours of practice! I was so lucky to be asked to photograph their family. Aren’t they beautiful? We had a great time and the pictures are some of my favorite of my fall sessions. Who can ask for anything more than a family full of beautiful girls? Their Mama has some mad color coordinating skills! Thanks for sharing your family with me!

Woodstock Mini’s
All of these beautiful families live in the same neighborhood! I’m thinking I might need to move up there! Everyone was so much fun, and they day was beyond beautiful. I had a great time seeing some repeat clients and meeting a few new families. These were all taken in the back yard of one of the families. I am dying for this back yard. Thanks to Sandy for hosting the mini sessions!!

Little Man J
I’ve been photographing little J since he was a newborn, and he has grown up so much! We met up on an absolutely beautiful day to capture some Christmas images of him and his family. He has always been all smiles and this session was no different. I captured one of my most favorite Father/Son images ever! I have the greatest job!
This is my FAV!! Don’t you love it?!

Now that Christmas cards have all been sent and gifts have all been opened, I feel like I can begin to share some of my fall family sessions. This was probably my busiest fall season since I started in photography! I am certainly blessed to have wonderful clients in three different states!
These twins are so hilarious! The little boy is so laid back and was the exact same way at their newborn session. His sister wasn’t too happy about having her picture made when she was a newborn and continued that trend a year later! Fortunately, we got some really cute smiles out of her at the very beginning of the session! They are both so adorable and yet, so different. I love photographing twins. It definitely poses a new challenge!!

My Instagram Life
I’m joining a 365 day challenge to take an image every day of 2012 with my Instagram app on my iPhone. I was just taking photos of whatever was occurring in my daily life until I happened up on this post and thought I might follow their daily suggestions. If you’d like to follow my instagram life, click here. I downloaded my images from 2011, of which there were 126, and I’ve made them into a book to remember the images from my instagram life in 2011. I’d love to follow your instagram life so send me a link to your photos!
